Partners in Education (PIE) Program

Earn your Master’s degree while you teach. Partners in Education (PIE) is a wonderful opportunity for teachers to earn their graduate degrees in either the Curriculum and Instruction (CI) or the Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity (EECD) Master's program from CU Boulder's School of Education.

The PIE program is open to elementary and secondary teachers. PIE teachers commit to work at a reduced salary for only one year. In exchange, PIE teachers benefits include:

- Gain intensive coaching and support
- Develop classroom management strategies
- Collaborate, share ideas, and team teach
- Network with other educators
- Receive 6 graduate hours towards your Master's
