Partner with administrators and consulting colleagues to learn from their observations in your classroom. Take advantage of this program and fine tune your skills so that you can continue to help your students thrive anfd excel.

The Teacher Support Program is an innovative approach to assist non-probationary teachers who choose to participate in order to improve their instructional practices. It is a partnership between the teacher, building administrator, and consulting colleague whose focus is data-driven, standards-based, reflective, and grounded in evidence about best practice. Information is gathered through classroom observations and confidential conversations between the teacher and the consulting colleague. The participating teacher will meet in regularly scheduled conferences with the evaluating administrator and consulting colleague in order to reflect on and discuss the evidence of progress toward identified teacher performance standard(s).Consulting colleague support will be tailored to the individual teacher's need and may include:

•Targeted resources
•Lesson modeling
•Data collection
•Opportunities for guided reflection
•Objective, timely feedback

The Teacher Support Program is a wonderful resource for all non-probationary teachers. Contact us today to see if this program is right for you. Please see contact information at the top of the page.
