EOY/SIP Training (End-of-Year Reports and School Improvement Plans) to prepare DAC and schools for annual school reviews due Oct. 17, 2005.		July 27-28, 2005, for all new building administrators	Sept. 6 DAC Meeting, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sept. Principal Level Meetings	Oct. 4 DAC Meeting, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Oct. Principal Level Meetings		Expectation to send one representative from each school. SIT Chairs and Principals invited.
On-Site Review Team Training to prepare hosts and review teams for the on-site review process.			Sept. 15, 9:00 - noon. Board Room OR Sept 22, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Conference Rm 1 (Two training dates offered.)			Expected for all principals and DAC who are scheduled for on-site review of schools on a 5-year review cycle. This includes host principal, chair of review team, DAC review team members, SIT chair optional.[1]
Annual reviews conducted by DAC and district administration, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., Oct. 18 and Oct. 25
Technical Assistance Workshop					Oct. 27, 1:00-4:00 p.m. Board Rm	Schools requested to revise their EOY/SIP are required to attend
Annual report to Board of Education on status of Accreditation, Nov. 15
Ongoing Program Evaluation to review results of EOY/SIP Annual School Review Process [2]					Nov. 2 DAC meeting, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.	DAC members. Optional for school principals

[1] Schools from the next two five-year review cycles are invited to attend the Review Team Training; all other schools are invited to attend. Principals whose schools have been visited and those who will be visited in the near future are encouraged to serve on a review team. Results of on-site reviews are used for continuous improvement planning.

[2] School Improvement Teams receive and review results of combined DAC and District Administrative Accreditation Reviews in December. Results are used for continuous improvement planning.
