Accommodations overview  – Please begin with this document when determining if students are eligible to receive accommodations during state assessments and what accommodations they would be eligible to receive.

It also outlines the School Assessment Coordinator's responsiblities around accommodations before state testing.          

Scribe decisions – for students on an IEP or a 504 plan.

Nonstandard Accommodation form for students on an IEP or a 504 plan who may benefit from an accommodation that is not approved for TCAP.  Fill this form out to request permission from CDE to use a nonstandard accommodation during TCAP.

Accommodations Tracking Form

NEW Accommodation Form (English OR Spanish) **This form is only required in cases that the educational team has identified a student with an identified need through the RTI process, but the student does not qualify for one of the district's aforementioned formal plans.
