Do you or someone you know need health insurance?
Boulder Valley School District and Boulder County Healthy Kids have partnered up to help staff, students and their families find affordable health insurance. Boulder County Healthy Kids Initiative is a program that helps eligible families enroll in Medicaid and CHP+ (the Child Health Plan Plus) and get the health care they need. Medicaid and CHP+ are free or low cost public health insurance programs for children, some parents and pregnant women. Benefits include well-child and doctor visits, immunizations, dental care, hospital services, prescriptions, prenatal care and mental/behavioral health services.
