Any suggestion that pretends that any of the Columbine neighbors are not looking out for our own interests is nonsense. Anybody would want improvement, but sometimes one person's improvement is to another's detriment. This is the case in the moving the school to anything other than its current footprint. To me, it's obvious, keeping the same footprint is the least disruptive and most equitable solution for all concerned. Please consider this. Other information about the project, including DAT meeting times, can be found on the Columbine project webpage at: http://bvsd.org/bondproject/schools/Pages/columbine.aspx. We try to get the minutes posted in a timely manner. Before they can be posted we must have them translated, which adds a bit of time to the turn around. > > I will share your comments concerning the handball court with the DAT and the design team. Perhaps there is some middle ground we need to look for to increase the opportunities for communications and dissemination of information? > > Thanks again, > Jim Reed > > ________________________________________ > From: msr [koolbreeze27@comcast.net] > Sent: Wednesday, April 08, 2009 10:47 AM > To: Jim Reed > Subject: handball court at Columbine > > Hello Jim, > People from the DAT meeting said that there are new schematics and > drawings for the school proposals.
