Thanks Susan.
The handball court is something that would be great disappointment if it got 
glossed over.
When I bought my house in 1993 the court was only used by the kids during 
recess. In the past few years, at one point, it became a hangout for young 
adults playing and betting on handball games. There was a lot of drinking and 
urinating and it was not pleasant. It's not quite so bad anymore, but the 
noise during the summer is obnoxious and it could easily return to the hangout 
status.
