Halcyon project expenditures
Bond Program expenditures
Halcyon Middle/High School was not included in the original Educational Facilities Master Plan. The project scope of work and budget was created for the school by the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee and approved by the Board of Education at its April 26, 2011 meeting.
In addition to the funding provided by the Bond Program, $40,000 has been donated by IMPACT, a partnership of agencies that serve children and families with mental health needs.
