• Is responsible for the development, implementation and control of the district’s annual budget
• Distributes allocations set by Elementary & Secondary Education
• Estimates future expenses using modeling tools, projections and averages
• Processes Budget Transfer Requests and Staff Conversion Forms to align funding and staffing with programmatic plans
• Maintains Position Control and staffing allocations
