Thank you for your interest in Boulder Valley School District. You may complete the Student Enrollment Online form at http://enroll.bvsd.org/ once you know your address in the Boulder Valley School District.
If you would like to complete the enrollment process during the summer, while schools are closed, please provide the following documentation to the Student Enrollment Center at 6500 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO 80303, or fax all documents to 303-447-5538:
o Printed PDF pages from the Student Enrollment Online form
o Proof of Birth Date (via Birth Certificate or Passport): To be admitted to kindergarten in
BVSD, a child must reach his or her fifth birthday on or before September 30th.
o Records of updated immunizations
o Current proof of residency (water, electricity, heating bill or lease agreement)
