With the recent closure of the DIMC Booking operation (District Instructional Materials Center), there may be many questions coming from schools about where to locate resources that might still be available, which services are no longer available, or what new technical services will soon be available.

 This page is designed to provide a one-stop source of information related to the DIMC closure.

The following services have changed somewhat due to the closure of the DIMC:

• Kits, trunks, and models are now circulating from the FOSS center (See resource tracker)
• Some DVDs/Videos have been relocated to schools and will be available for lending for one year only. (See resource tracker)
• Colorado Library Courier service to and from participating Colorado libraries is now being piloted through Becky Vancura at Boulder High School, no longer through the DIMC. Click here for further information and instructions.

The following services are no longer available due to the closure of the DIMC:

• Circulation of most materials and resources (See resource tracker for items that are still available)
• Taping and recording services
• Audio-visual repair services (instead, please contact the repair service directly at 303-237-5800. Ask for Randy of Denver Audio Visual)
• Shipping instructional materials, books, or other resources from the DIMC to schools and back
