New this year in BVSD School Nutrition Programs –
In its second year of basically overhauling how (and what) food is prepared for students, this week Boulder Valley School District is launching five regional kitchens led by professional chefs.
Lunches for all of the 50+ schools will be prepared in these kitchens:
- Arapahoe Campus, 6600 East Arapahoe Road, Boulder
- Casey Middle School, 1301 High Street, Boulder
- Centaurus High School, 10300 S. Boulder Road, Lafayette
- Louisville Middle School, 1341 Main Street, Louisville, and
- Monarch High School, 329 Campus Drive, Louisville.
Real cooking takes place 1-9 p.m. every weekday.
* Media are welcome! Call 720-561-5042 to arrange your visit. *
Come see what it looks like when school food is prepared from fresh, flavorful ingredients.
