Open Enrollment application forms are available in the registrar's office at Angevine. Parents can stop in the main office to sign in and they will be directed to the registrar's office. The registrar's office is open 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The registrars are Michele Peel, Susan Montoya, and Diana Yaner. Parents can e-mail them at michele.peel@bvsd.org, susan.montoya@bvsd.org, and diana.yaner@bvsd.org.
Parents of students new to BVSD can also open enroll their students online at Student Enrollment Online (SEO).
