The following after-school activities are being offered this semester. Please encourage your child to join. An activity bus leaves Platt everyday at 4:30 and drops students off at various stops in Boulder.
Homework Help: Monday-Thursday 3:15-4:30 Has begun. Room 507. Casey Math and Language Arts teachers are available to help your child with their homework. Snack is provided.
Robotics: Will Begin Tuesday, September 1st Every Tuesday 3:15-4:30 Portable 9 with Mr. Leary Build Robots with Lego Mind storms. Create a computer program that makes your robot act on its own at your command.
Casey Riders: Will begin Wednesday, September 2nd. Every Wednesday 3:15-4:30 Portable 2 with Ms. Powers. Ride, race and learn to maintain and repair your bike.
Casey Thespians: Beauty and the Beast will be done in the Spring. However, there is another theater opportunity on Tuesdays starting September 15th called the Great Escapade Masquerade from 3:30-5:30. This will be held in Mr. Lurie's room. Room 424. For theater/dance improv enthusiasts.
