  Kids Hope (KHUSA)

Kids Hope (KHUSA) is a volunteer mentoring program coordinated by First Presbyterian Church here in Boulder.  Kids Hope currently has 33 volunteers providing one-on-one mentoring for Columbine students 1st-5th grades.  Mentors meet with students once a week throughout the school year playing games, reading and doing other activities that build confidence.  Mentors develop a close relationship with not only the students but their families as well.  Kids Hope also coordinates several parties and other fun and community events with their students.

First Presbyterian Church has rented the school grounds and will be hosting a community-wide Easter egg hunt on Sunday, March 16th from 1pm-3pm.  The egg hunt will start at 1:20. There will also be games, crafts and light refreshments. This is a free event and is open to the public.  If you come, bring a can of food to donate to their food drive.
