Fall Assessments and Parent Information Fair

Sign up sheets will be posted outside the front doors with class lists on August 8th after 4:00pm. Please make sure to sign-up for a time when you can commit to bringing your students to school  for reading and math assessments.  While  students are being tested, parents are invited to walk through the Parent Information Fair in the Small Gym. 

 

            Assessment Dates & Times

            August 13th: 8:30 – 12:00

            August 14th: 12:00 – 3:30

            August 15th: 12:00 - 3:30

            August 18th: 8:30 – 12:00

 

During the Parent Information Fair, you can

  • find out about volunteer opportunities with the PTO
  • purchase t-shirts and sweatshirts
  • make a donation to the PTO
  • enjoy light refreshments. 

If you would like to guarantee your child’s assessment time before sign ups on August 8th, you may volunteer to work at the Fair and your child(ren) will be assigned to the time you are working.  If you are interested, please contact Heather Bush, PTO Vice President at heather.bush@comcast.net.
