A Word from the Editor
"Have you ever wanted to be in a real newspaper and have thousands of people read it? Girls in intermediate grades have the opportunity for this to happen! Girls who participate go to weekly sessions at the Boulder YWCA. They get lessons on writing newspaper articles, and then get paired up with their own mentors. For the rest of the classes, the girls start working on their articles that will appear in the Daily Camera. Then, everyone celebrates with a publication party."
