What do you enjoy most about teaching?
I love spending my days with 9 and 10 year olds.  As much as I can figure there is no better way to spend the day - learning, laughing, and growing together everyday.

I am beginning my 8th year as a teacher of 4th - 8th grades.

Special Interests:
I am very excited to start my first year teaching 4th grade at Lafayette Elementary.  My hobbies include canoeing, camping, hiking and reading.  My greatest passion is seeking out opportunities to educate myself about different cultures.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.  I am always available to talk with you about your student's progress.

What was your most memorable summer adventure?
Aside from reading some incredible books this summer, I also had the opportunity to ride camels with my wife through the Sahara Desert.
