Hi! About me, I’ve been teaching since 1985. My degree is in Spanish and Math from the University of Texas, and my Masters work is in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Colorado in Denver. My favorite subjects are science and math and I hope that translates to the kids I teach. I have taught every grade level from k-5 and taught as a bilingual teacher as well. I have my endorsement in Bilingual Methodology as well and as part of our curriculum students receive Spanish classes.

I have been in Boulder Valley since 1990 and at Sanchez Elementary since it became a k-5 school(It was a K-2 school for years.). I teach soccer to the kids as well as computer classes. I do have two children of my own that keep me busy and in my spare time I rock climb and play racquetball.
