Mustang Cafe'
A contest was held at Monarch K-8 to name the cafeteria. The official name is now the Mustang Cafe´. Each day the students have a choice of main entrees. In addition, at the middle school level, several items may be ordered a la carte´. There is also a snack line for the middle school students with healthy items such as Minute Maid 100% fruit juices, chips and salsa, cereal, rice crispie treats, bagel and muffins. Tuesday and Thursday main entrees are available at the cafeteria from outside vendors in addition to the main entrees of the school. The schedule and prices are as follows
