American Lit and Comp is a standards based class using 6 Traits plus one, ACT Reading, Writing and English standards our district standards and 21st Century Student standards.
Class rules:
- Don't use cell phones - period. Don't have them out - use the clock to see what time it is.
- Don't be late - I follow the attendance policy.
- Leave class when you need to - with a pass - but don't leave during instructional time, when directions are being given, or when a peer is presenting.
- Have your parents send me an e-mail or give me their phone number so I can keep in touch!
