DISTRICT PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION COUNCIL
The Board of Education shall appoint, pursuant to state law, an advisory school District Personnel Performance Evaluation Council (DPPEC) that shall, at a minimum, consist of one teacher, one administrator, one principal, one parent and one person who does not have a child in school. The District Accountability Committee (DAC) shall serve as the DPPEC. The DPPEC shall consult with the Board as to the fairness, effectiveness, credibility and professional quality of the licensed personnel performance evaluation system and its processes and procedures, shall conduct a continuous evaluation of the system, and shall accomplish any other duties required by law.
