Board Members will be responsible for requesting such compensation in one single monthly request on an approved form. The amounts received will be a public record.

Upon submitting vouchers and supporting bills for expenses incurred in carrying out specific services previously authorized by the Board, Board Members may be reimbursed from district funds in amounts approved by a majority vote of the Board in a public meeting.

Such expenses may include the cost of attendance at conferences of school boards associations and other professional meetings/visitations when such attendance and expense payment has had prior Board approval.
