INSURANCE MANAGEMENT

 The School District shall maintain a comprehensive insurance program for loss or damage of school buildings and/or equipment.  

Insurance policies shall be maintained in the insurance office.  

In addition to insurance of buildings and equipment, the School District shall also carry general liability insurance, wrongful acts and legal liabilities insurance ("errors and omissions"), vehicle insurance, and such other insurance as may be deemed necessary and prudent to protect the interests of the School District, its people, and its property.
