LIABILITY INSURANCE

The School District shall maintain a wrongful acts and legal liability ("errors and omissions") insurance policy on the Board of Education and all employees of the District. The coverage provides reimbursement for legal fees and such loss as the insured shall become legally obligated to pay.  

The insurance policies shall be maintained in the insurance office.
