STAFF USE OF ELECTRONIC MAIL
Prior to being issued a Boulder Valley electronic mail address, all employees of the district must sign and abide by the district Acceptable Use Agreement indicating their knowledge of and agreement to terms and conditions of use of the district electronic mail systems (see GBEE/EGAEA-E). Any employee with an electronic mail address issued by the district will receive a minimum of one annual notification of the terms and agreement of appropriate use to which they have agreed.
Employees leaving the district shall lose their electronic mail access upon termination of employment.
