STAFF TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTABLE USE OF BVSD TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES 

Associated Policy: GBEE - Staff Use of District Technology, the Internet and Electronic Communications

I have read and understand the above terms and conditions, Boulder Valley School District’s “STAFF USE OF DISTRICT TECHNOLOGY, THE INTERNET, AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS” Policy GBEE and its supporting regulation GBEE-R which can be referenced through the BVSD website at: 

• GBEE - Staff Use of District Technology, the Internet and Electronic Communications
• GBEE-R - Staff Use of District Technology, the Internet, and Electronic Communications (Regulation)

and agree to abide by all terms and conditions. I further understand that violation of these terms and conditions may result in the loss of the privilege to use BVSD technology resources, disciplinary action up to and including termination, legal action and/or other criminal action, and/or restitution by the user for costs associated with any damages caused by such violations.
