SUPPORT STAFF ORIENTATION 
(And Inservice Training) 

Each new employee will be given orientation intended to assist him in learning the job and efficiently performing the work required. 

Inservice training meetings, classes, and workshops shall be organized for support staff personnel as appropriate. 

Participation in some inservice training activities will be required, while in others it will be voluntary. It is recommended, however, that every employee avail himself of the training experiences offered so that he may be prepared for advancement as opportunities arise.
