VOLUNTARY EARLY RETIREMENT OF SUPPORT STAFF 

The Board of Education has determined that properly structured early retirement incentives provide the opportunity for effecting financial savings for the School District and for providing benefits to long-term school employees. 

Specific plans for early retirement programs must be in compliance with all applicable laws and must be approved by the Board of Education.
