SCOPE OF NEGOTIATIONS

The scope of negotiations with any recognized organization shall be limited to salaries, working conditions, and processing of alleged grievances. All provisions in a negotiated agreement shall be consistent with the School District’s reservation of management rights as set forth in this policy framework or elsewhere, state and federal laws, and any other limitation or directives as determined by the School District.
