APPLICATION FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATION
Student‐initiated and led organizations shall not engage in any activity that is contrary to law or school rules; that disrupts or clearly threatens to disrupt the orderly operation of the school; or that would adversely affect the health, safety or welfare of any student or school employee. Student‐initiated and led organizations must apply each school year by written application. (BVSD Regulation IGDA-R)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Recognized student-initiated and led clubs may conduct on-campus meetings and limited on-campus activities (such as fundraisers), as approved by the Principal. No off-campus activities will be authorized and no school supervision will be provided for off-campus activities even if the off-campus activity seems related to the purpose of the organization and individual members of the organization decide to participate. Student organizations with a primary purpose of preparing for off-campus competitive and/or athletic events will be denied.
