PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Students must complete at least one of the following measures in English and at least one in Math as well as meet or exceed the measure’s corresponding cut score or criteria to demonstrate college and career readiness in English and Math.

Measure | Criteria |

Capstone is a culminating exhibition of a student’s project or experience that demonstrates academic and intellectual learning in English and/or Math. It is often a portfolio of a student’s best work. | Capstone will be approved by a designated reviewer and evaluated based on the district rubric. |
Concurrent enrollment course that demonstrates English and/or Math readiness, as approved by the district and included in the student's academic plan of study or Individualized Career and Academic Plan (ICAP). | Institutions of higher education determine passing grades for credit. |
Industry certificate that demonstrates academic and intellectual learning in the subject area of English and/or Math. | Receipt of the industry certificate and approval by the district-designated reviewer. |
