Boulder Valley School District recognizes the right of all residents of the district and students who attend district schools and their parents, to present complaints or concerns directly related to the curriculum, instructional materials, instructional strategies, and educational activities in the schools.  This form provides a format with information necessary for initiating such a complaint.
