BVSD Help Center opens August 5-7

Get Ready for the School Year: BVSD is hosting the Help Center for families who need assistance.

BVSD Help Center Location & Hours

BVSD Education Center - Professional Development Center (PDC)
6500 E. Arapahoe Road in Boulder (southwest side of the building – signs will point to the parking lot west of the building)

• Wednesday, August 5 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Thursday, August 6 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Friday, August 7 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

BVSD will have bilingual staff available for support.

General Information

The Help Center is ready to assist families with:

• New student enrollments
• Choice enrollment applications
• Free and reduced lunch forms
• Infinite Campus, SchoolMint, and Parent Portal accounts
• Completing the annual check-in for each student who received a district notification
• McKinney-Vento team members will be on hand to help facilitate families experiencing housing instability

Please note that Transportation and IT assistance for Chromebooks is not available at the Help Center.

• For Chromebook assistance, please submit a ticket to IT by visiting help.bvsd.org, you must log in with your student's BVSD email and password

Enrollment Information

Families looking to enroll a new student should bring the following documentation:

• Current proof of address (with these parameters)
• Birth certificates or passports for the students enrolling
• Contact information for student’s previous school
• Name and phone number of one emergency contact outside of the student’s immediate household
• PRESCHOOL ONLY: In addition to the documents above, preschool families will need a current physical and immunization record for the students enrolling

No appointments are necessary for the BVSD Help Center—just drop by!
