Our Leadership
Superintendent
The superintendent serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Boulder Valley School District and he is responsible for leading the district to realize the vision, mission, values, and goals adopted by the Board of Education.
Board of Education
Boulder Valley School District is governed by seven elected Board of Education members, who represent different geographical districts in BVSD.
Schools
Here in BVSD, we believe in school autonomy, which means that our school leaders -- those that are closest to our students and instruction -- are able to make decisions to best meet the needs for their community.

Our passionate and experienced department staff work to support the work of our schools, providing centralized services to help them with everything from professional development and instructional support to communication and maintenance.
