100-Day Plan: More than halfway
Last week, Superintendent Rob Anderson reached a big milestone in his 100-Day Plan. He has now visited 44 of BVSD’s 56 schools and held in-depth meetings with the teachers and staff at more than half of our schools.
“This is incredibly important to me, as I know that to be an effective superintendent I need to be out in the schools, hearing directly from the educators who are working with our students,” Anderson said. “Even after my first 100 days are over, I intend to be in our buildings often – to stay close and in touch with the work and continue this communication and understanding.”
The school visits, however, are just one of 27 action items in his 100-Day Plan. Here is a quick overview of our status:
In Progress: 6

Last week, the superintendent held his second Meet & Greet.
“We had a great turnout at Centaurus High School and the parents and community members had some great question”, Anderson said. “I hope to see you at one of the seven remaining events.”
The Meet & Greets are planned across the district from Nederland to Broomfield -- including three meetings that will be held in Español for the spanish-speaking community.
