Opportunities to Connect
The Boulder Valley School District appreciates the support of our community and the opportunities that are opened through partnership with local businesses, non-profit and governmental organizations.
BVSD is focused on our mission to educate children, so it is important that we keep our staff and schools focused on their important work and that we also avoid inundating our stakeholders with information and offers.
In light of advances in technology and communication, the district (and our schools) no longer serve as a distribution point for information from organizations that are not directly connected to the school district, as outlined in Policy KHC - Distribution/Posting of Non Curricular Materials
This means most flyer or promotion requests for local events, classes, etc from outside organizations are now no longer carried by our district or schools to parents via our channels, boards for flyers, school newsletters, etc.

There are still a couple avenues for organizations that offer services that may be of interest for BVSD families and staff.
Families
Community Connections
The Community Connections website is the ONLY way for outside organizations to advertise directly to BVSD families. Through quarterly emails to all BVSD families and links on school webpages, BVSD Community Schools promotes this website as the best place to find family services, activities and resources. Quarterly emails are sent two weeks before the end of each quarter.

Employees
BVSD Save$
The BVSD Save$ program provides BVSD staff members with exclusive access to special services, offers, and discounts.
Interested vendors should download and complete this form, then send it to Laura Kabelka, LKabelka@ebgsolutions.com (copied on this email). Beneplace handles vetting, contracting, etc., for the BVSD Save$ program.
