Media Restrictions
It is important to note that under state and federal law, including Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), some personally identifiable information about students is protected.
During our Annual Data Update, we provide our parents with an option for permitting the release in some information -- including the ability for media to capture images/video of them in the classroom. When working with the media, we will check with the school to ensure that students have this permission before allowing them to participate in video gathering or interviews.
