Troubleshooting District Communications

Step 1
Go to go.schoolmessenger.com to confirm your contact information and update your preferences. Use the same email you have registered in Infinite Campus. 

Step 2
If you have been before, click Login (There is an option to retrieve your password). 

If you have never signed up, click Sign Up. 

Both in the top right corner.

Step 3
Click the hamburger menu bar in the top left corner and select Preferences.

Step 4
Confirm your contact information is correct. Confirm the message preferences are set the way you want them. Green means you give permission to those avenues: Phone calls, text messages, and emails. 

Please ensure you receive general messages and emergency alerts through at least 1 method. 

Step 5
Text the word "Yes" to 67587 from your phone to opt into text messaging. This is a one time opt-in unless you change your cell phone number. You may opt-out at any time by texting “STOP” to 67587.

If you need to make changes to your address, language preference and/or email, contact the registrar at your school.
