Annual student information update

BVSD requests that families inform the district about any updated student health information as well as complete the annual release agreements. We include a quick survey about the most common method your students get to school.  It is required annually for all currently enrolled BVSD students.

Students who accepted an Open Enrollment seat or have new students that just registered for the following school year are not required to complete the annual student information update.

Filling out your annual student information

1. Navigate to your SchoolMint Account and log in.  If you forgot your login credentials use the links below the blue Login button.  If you have NOT previously used the SchoolMint system click on the highlighted text that reads, “Create an account”.

In the upper right corner, click on the globe to change the language on the login screen.

2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Preferred Language, and Email and indicate whether you prefer SMS Text Notifications, Email Notifications, or both Once you’ve entered a password, click on Create Account.

3. Ensure the 2026-2027 School Year is selected from the top right corner.

4. Once logged in, find the card with your student’s name, and click on Add Form(s) to navigate to the Intent to Return form.

Note: If your child has already submitted forms for the 2025-26 school year, you will see a  + symbol next to a “View Submitted Forms” button instead of “Add Form(s)”

5. Review the view-only Student Information and update your address, then click on Save & Continue

(Note:  Student data is not editable in the Enrollment Portal.  If any Student Information details appear inaccurate, please reach out to your child’s school or request an update via Campus Parent)

Please Note: If you see the message below, it's important that you enter the student's address


6. Expand the Annual student information update: please click here tab and click on the Start button within the School card.

7. Complete each step in the Intent to Return form and once you’ve finished reviewing your responses, click on Submit Registration.
