Intent to Return Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, please do so.  Completing the Intent to Return form will help us better account for staffing needs as well as provide valuable feedback upon your departure.

When creating an account for the first time, please use the same email address where you received the invitation to complete Intent to Return.  Doing so will ensure that your student(s) are linked to your account upon account creation.  This email is the same one captured for you in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

1. Navigate to the Enrollment Portal and click on the highlighted text that reads, “Create an account”

2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Preferred Language, and Email and indicate whether you prefer SMS Text Notifications, Email Notifications, or both.  Once you’ve entered a password, click on Create Account.

Yes. You will receive a text/email depending on your Enrollment Portal (SchoolMint) account settings.

• Student is Actively Enrolled (has an active enrollment in IC for the current school year)
• Student is enrolled in grades K-11 in the current school year
• Student has not accepted an Open Enrollment seat offer for the upcoming school year
• Student has not already submitted a Registration for the upcoming school year

To update the language of the login screen, click on the globe in the upper right hand corner and select the language of your preference, English or Spanish.

It’s possible that you’ve created an account in the Enrollment Portal using an email address other than the one we have captured for you in Infinite Campus.  In such cases, students are not automatically linked and must be added manually.  Gather the missing student's first and last name, DOB, and student number and follow the steps outlined below.

1. Click on the Add a Student text

2. Enter the student’s Campus Student ID, First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth and then click on Continue to Student Information

Guardians can update their password by clicking on the  “Forgot password?” link from the Enrollment Portal login screen.  Doing so will prompt a password reset email/text message that will include a unique URL to a password reset page.

1. From the Enrollment Portal login screen, click on Forgot password?

2. Enter your email address or phone number and click on Submit
(Note:  if you do not already have an account, you’ll need to follow the steps to create an account first.)

3. Check your email or text messages for a link to Reset Password, click on the link.

4. Enter your email address and new password and click on Reset Password.

5. All set! You can now login with your new password.

If you're having a challenging time updating your password (i.e.- you went through the steps above and the new password simply does not work), it's possible that your account is linked to Google or Facebook logins.  In this case, follow the steps below to unlink your account and update your password.

1. Login to Google or Facebook first

2. From the Enrollment Portal login screen, click on Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook

3. From the home screen, click on the down arrow next to your name and select Account Settings, then click on Unlink Google/Facebook

4. Confirm by clicking on Yes, Unlink Account


5. Enter New Password and Password Confirmation and Save Changes

6. All set! Save your password in a safe place for future use.

 

To update your account's language (as opposed to simply the login screen language), navigate to your Account Settings.

1. After logging into the Enrollment Portal, click on your name in the top right corner and select Account Settings

2. From your Account Settings screen, select the Preferred Language from the dropdown, and click on Save Changes

 

If you have previously created an Enrollment Portal account, you can search for your username/email using the “Can’t Find Account” link from the login screen.  Doing so will prompt an email/text message with the username/email.
