If you're having a challenging time updating your password (i.e.- you went through the steps above and the new password simply does not work), it's possible that your account is linked to Google or Facebook logins. In this case, follow the steps below to unlink your account and update your password.
1. Login to Google or Facebook first
2. From the Enrollment Portal login screen, click on Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook

3. From the home screen, click on the down arrow next to your name and select Account Settings, then click on Unlink Google/Facebook

4. Confirm by clicking on Yes, Unlink Account

5. Enter New Password and Password Confirmation and Save Changes

6. All set! Save your password in a safe place for future use.
