Families and Educators Together (FET)

Families and Educators Together (FET) is a team of family members from underrepresented communities and educators that collaborate to support the success and well-being of students and improve family members connection with the school. The school needs your voice to help create a stronger school community for all. PARITY

The purpose of the PARITY program is to uncover the power and knowledge that Latino parents possess to actively advocate for the educational success of their children. For more information or to participate please contact Ere Juarez at 720-313-4432 or erejuarez@live.com.

Latino Parent Advisory Council (CAPL)

Latino Parent Advisory Council (CAPL). The Latino Parent Advisory Council was created to facilitate meaningful conversation between the Latino community of Boulder County and the school district. Every two months, CAPL will meet with BVSD leaders to talk about important issues for Latino parents and the school district. Digital Divide Collaborative

Digital Divide Collaborative is series of eight basic computer skill classes for Spanish-speaking parents. Participants who complete the class receive their own Chromebook. For more information or to participate, please contact Lara Van Matre at 720-425-4170 or info@bridgingdigitaldivides.org.

Escuela de Padres y Madres

Escuela de Padres y Madres are classes designed to help parents regulate emotions, learn how to tolerate stressors in their lives and to live a positive lifestyle. These new skills help to improve the couple’s quality of life by strengthening meaningful relationships with their partner, their children, their family and are skills for life in general. Boulder Family Literacy Program

The Boulder Family Literacy Program helps parents actively support their children's education through participation in programs such as Adult Education, including English as a Second Language and GED classes.
