 Open Enrollment Wait List Information 

For on-time applicants looking to attend the requested school beginning the 2020-2021 school year,  wait list positions/information are emailed out to families on or about January 15, 2020.  Updated wait list information is posted below on or about February 10, 2020. 

Click on the schools below (arrow) to see which wait list number is next to be served at each school/grade.  On-time applicants, not yet given a seat offer, received an email notification with their assigned wait list positions.  You can check the lists below to see which wait list number is next to potentially receive an offer.  Seat offers are emailed to the email address entered into the application.

Movement on the wait lists is based on space availability at the school anytime from February until the end of August 2020 (September 2020 for Charter schools).   Space availability happens if individual families move out of that school or declare that they will not attend.  Our office is unable to predict individual family moves that may happen within these months.  Please refrain from contacting our office asking when/if this may happen for your desired school or what the chances are of receiving a seat offer. 

If your applicant's number is to be served next, there is no guarantee your applicant will receive an offer if the school is full at that grade.  If a grade is not listed under a school, there are no applicants waiting at this time.  If the "NextServed" number shows a 1, there have not been any offers made yet at this school/grade.  Please note that this list is updated overnight.

*If your application is submitted after January 8, 2020, please contact our department at open.enrollment@bvsd.org at least two business days after submitting the application to obtain your applicant's wait list position number(s).
