Along with managers from BVSD Food Services, local food celebrities will help judge, including Chef and Farmer Eric Skokan of Black Cat Farm-Table-Bistro; Brian Coppom, Executive Director of the Boulder County Farmers Market; and Paul Houle, Associate Director of CU Dining Services. Three BVSD students will also help select the winner of this year’s competition.
