Gavin's Apprenticeship Story

Boulder High Visual Arts Creates a "Graffiti Room" at the Dairy Center

A group of Boulder High art students joined the Dairy Center staff to prepare a "graffiti room" installation. This large-scale, immersive space provided a great opportunity for dynamic artistic expression, and the students set the stage for members of the public who later could come and add their own art.  This work based learning experience taught students how to create exhibits for the public to engage with and how to use art to curate public interest!
