BVSD high schools offer courses in Spanish, French, German, Latin, Japanese, and American Sign Language (ASL). Depending on the language and school, course levels vary from initial exposure to Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) classes. BVSD also has partnerships with local colleges and universities where students can take classes for college credit via Concurrent Enrollment.
